Important Information Regarding Orders, Shipping, Warranty Coverage & Returns

Refund Policy

Bullseye Golf does not offer refunds once an item is in production or has shipped. If your order arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item with the same size product or provide store credit toward another product of your choice.

If an incorrect size is delivered, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately for assistance. Once a shipment has been opened, only defective items will qualify for replacement consideration.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Products damaged during transit must be reported immediately.
• Opened enclosures or screens that are not damaged may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Custom Golf Simulator PCs are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Return shipping and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Hitting strips are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Enclosure Warranty

Bullseye enclosures include a limited 5-year warranty on enclosure fabric materials. Fittings and piping (if selected) are also covered under a limited 5-year warranty.

• Residential use only
• Improper installation is not covered
• Weather damage, stains, water damage, and excessive wear are excluded
• Incorrect grommet installation or modifications void warranty
• Commercial installations are not covered
• Bargain Bin items are final sale and carry no warranty

Triple Impact Screen Warranty

Bullseye Triple Impact Screens include a limited 1-year warranty. Screens must be installed with a minimum 2″ gap between the impact screen and enclosure frame.

• Excessive tightening may void warranty
• Used, cracked, or marked golf balls are not covered
• Spin burn marks are not covered
• Commercial use is excluded
• Bargain Bin items are final sale

Hitting Mat & Strip Warranty

Hitting mats and strips are only eligible for replacement if damaged during transit or found defective upon arrival. Any defects must be photographed and emailed to:

There is otherwise no warranty coverage on hitting mats or strips.

Bullseye LM Warranty & Returns Policy

Bullseye LM includes a standard 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

• Damage caused by improper installation or mounting is excluded
• Custom firmware or unauthorized modifications void warranty
• Damage caused by missed golf shots is not covered
• Tampering voids all warranty coverage

Bullseye reserves the right to provide either a refurbished or new replacement unit depending on the issue encountered.

Extended warranty coverage increases the warranty term from 12 months to 36 months if selected during checkout.

Returns for testing/demo units must be completed within 30 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

Custom Golf Sim PC Warranty

Custom Golf Simulator PCs include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects. Each system undergoes extensive stress testing prior to shipment. Damage caused during unpacking or failure to follow packing instructions is not covered.

Projector Warranty

Projector warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. Please contact the projector manufacturer for warranty support and service.

Shipping Information

Bullseye Golf ships most products from our Canadian warehouse. Any additional charges above standard included shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

International customers must contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing an order. Bullseye reserves the right to cancel or refund international orders placed without prior shipping approval.

Charges related to returned shipments remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise authorized by Bullseye Golf Sims.
