3.2 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract will occur when we send you a confirmation email that the goods have been dispatched or the services have been scheduled.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

3.3 Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
We will notify you if an item is out of stock and provide an estimated restock date.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices for goods and services are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Promotional prices and discounts are subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the promotion page.

4.2 Payment

Payment methods accepted include all major Credit Cards, PayPal and Google pay.
You must provide accurate payment details and ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the order.
Full payment is required at the time of order placement. If there is an issue with your payment, we may cancel your order and notify you.

4.3 Payment Security

We use secure payment gateways to protect your payment information. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery of Goods

5.1 Shipping

We offer shipping worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility.

5.2 Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal service disruptions, or other external factors.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately via our contact page or 613 862-7467.

5.3 Customs and International Shipping

Bullseye Golf covers shipping and duties within Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). International customs charges are not covered; please contact us for a shipping quote. Duty fees on returned items are covered only for Canada and the continental United States, excluding size errors or items not deemed eligible under the limited warranty. Additional charges are the shipper’s responsibility. By making a purchase with Bullseye Golf, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Bullseye Golf No Refund” Policy (Section 7.2).

5.4 Risk of Loss

All purchases of goods are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Provision of Services

6.1 Service Scheduling

Services purchased will be scheduled according to availability. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
You are responsible for providing any necessary information and access for the service to be performed.
If you need to reschedule a service, please contact us at least 7 days in advance.

6.2 Service Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services on the scheduled date and time. However, we are not liable for delays or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances.
If we need to reschedule a service, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new date and time.

6.3 Service Guarantees

Our services come with guarantees as outlined in the specific service descriptions on our website. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us via our contact’s page.

7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

7.1 Refund & Returns of Goods

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products damaged in transit: If the packaging shows signs of damage, refuse delivery or take photos of the unopened package and contact us.
Opened enclosures or screens that have not been damaged in transit: A 20% restocking fee will apply, after inspection to confirm no signs of use or damage.
Custom PC builds: Subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Hitting Strips: No return or exchange.
Return shipping and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7.2 Cancellation of Services

To cancel a service, please contact our customer service team via our contacts page.

7.3 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, such as personalized goods or any items bought from our bargain bins. Please refer to the product description for details on return eligibility.

7.4 Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive defective or damaged goods, please contact us immediately via our contacts page. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Enclosure & Screen Warranty

All of our enclosures carry a 5-year limited warranty except for the screen, which has a 1-year warranty from the date of sale. Grommets are not covered under any warranty. The screen must be properly installed. Bungees must be snug, not tight. Make sure, before you install the side bungees, you have a 1-2” gap on the sides. This will make the bungees snug, not tight. Having your bungees too tight can damage your screen and cause extensive bounce back. Make sure to replace your golf balls with new ones frequently to prolong the life of your screen. Screens may wear prematurely unless the golf balls used are in new condition without any marks, cracks, nicks, or grazes, and any wear caused by this will not be covered under warranty. Any marks caused by dirty balls or burn marks caused by high spinning balls are also excluded from any warranty offered by Bullseye Golf Sims. This warranty only applies to home users under normal use. Certain conditions may apply. This Warranty does not apply to Commercial Facilities.

9. Liability

9.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to the purchase of goods and services is limited to the purchase price of the goods and services in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of goods and services.

9.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, and labor disputes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bullseye Golf Sims and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
