Projector Placement & Screen Compatibility
The Optoma GT2400HDR uses a fixed short throw lens with a 0.496:1 throw ratio. Your required mounting position will depend on your impact screen dimensions, selected aspect ratio, available ceiling height and the position of the golfer.
Its short throw design allows the projector to be positioned closer to the impact screen, helping reduce player shadows when installed correctly. Confirm your screen size and projection geometry before ordering, particularly when installing the projector inside a golf simulator enclosure.
Important: The GT2400HDR is a Full HD 1080p projector with 4K input support. It does not display images in native 4K UHD resolution. For a true 4K display projector, explore the Optoma ZK431ST-B or ZK521ST-B.
